Friends discovery and the sky city map redesign

1. Ability to see what server and map your friends are currently at with an ability to join them in the game directly from the friend list
2. +5% Raygun, which is still weaker than rocket but can kill you from a headshot
3. Updated Janus (Sky city) map, more compact and let bots run around
4. Ray interaction in the lobby, let's you select a map or a friend without moving around
