🔫 Dire Blaster, new sky city, and cube maze maps in the BAVR 2.9 release

In the new release, you've got a new gun - Dire Blaster, a mix of a rocket launcher and a plasma thrower, careful with that. You've also got two new levels: Janus v2, a sky city, and Tarvos v2, a cube maze as well as visual improvements to existing levels. What's new:

1. A new gun - Dire Blaster, a mix of a rocket launcher and a plasma thrower but much stronger and deadlier. It also has a heat-seeking capability!
2. A new level prototype - Janus v2, a sky scrappers city above clouds.
3. A new level prototype - Tarvos v2, a cube maze made of glass and mirrors.
4. Updated horizon (skybox) for Albiorix and Titan maps, new look and feel for old good maps.
5. Fix for tournament games to avoid strangers in your match, and also add additional time if the score is even
6. Even stronger rocket launcher (+50%).
